So much has happened over the course of the last month. I said farewell to amazing colleagues and an employer where I have worked for over twelve years, in preparation for starting in a new position in March. So much has happened at the apartment in the same time. For one, the roof is on.
The lovely ipe stairs now have a steel handrail.
The fence has come down, which will provide maneuvering room to trench the water and sewer lines through the yard. On the interior, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical are roughed in. Following inspections this week, interior finish-out will begin!
